A Call to Serve in God’s Presence

The Altar Server Ministry is a special opportunity to actively participate in the sacred liturgy and serve the Lord more closely. Through this ministry, children, youth, and adults grow in reverence, faith, and love for the Eucharist.

Serving at the altar is not just a task—it is a vocation that allows individuals to experience the Mass more deeply and strengthen their personal relationship with Christ.

Our mission

At St. John the Baptist, the Altar Server Ministry fosters reverence, faith, and a spirit of service by assisting the clergy during the Holy Mass, helping the entire community enter more deeply into the mystery of Christ.
