Fr. Salvador Mejia, OFM is a Franciscan priest dedicated to serving the people of God with humility, joy, and compassion. Inspired by the Franciscan tradition, his ministry is rooted in prayer, community, and a deep commitment to helping others encounter God in their everyday lives.
Fr. Salvador has a special passion for accompanying young people and guiding them in their faith journey. He often reminds them that their worth comes from God—not from their mistakes—and encourages them to see each season, especially Lent, as an opportunity for healing, growth, and renewal.
At St. John the Baptist Parish, Fr. Salvador strives to build a welcoming and faith-filled community where everyone feels valued, supported, and invited to grow closer to Christ.
